Mr. Weinberg’s experience covers a broad range of planning and advice regarding Taxation of closely-held businesses, corporations, private investment funds and partnerships, trusts, income tax planning and estate planning for individuals. The aforementioned work is augmented by over 31 years experience beginning in the Cleveland office of Coopers & Lybrand aka Price Waterhouse Coopers and as a partner with the accounting firm of Sustin, Bartell, Waldman & Fergus. His clients include high net worth individuals and business entities. Mr. Weinberg is also extensively involved in the valuation of businesses and forensic accounting services used in conjunction with acquisitions, financing of leveraged buy-outs and support to the legal profession. He is a licensed Attorney and a member of the United States Tax Court, American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He has spoken often to organizations regarding federal and state income tax planning, business entities, personal financial planning, estate planning and real estate taxation and has participated in many seminars and training sessions regarding these subjects. He also a member of numerous boards including corporations and not for profit entities.
